1. Bookings & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before your departure date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund of all payments excluding the deposit
- 30–59 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour price
- Under 30 days before departure: No refund
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for medical or other unforeseen reasons.
3. Insurance
Travel and medical insurance is not included in tour prices and is the sole responsibility of the participant. We require all participants to carry valid travel insurance for the duration of the tour.
4. Health & Fitness
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate physical condition to undertake the tour they have booked. We reserve the right to decline participation if, in our sole judgement, a participant's health or fitness may put themselves or others at risk.
5. Changes by Us
We reserve the right to make changes to tour itineraries where necessary due to weather, local conditions, or other factors outside our control. Where significant changes are made, we will offer a full refund or alternative tour.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details. Prices are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
